The newly designed World of Esprit store has been renovated to include two additional floors, and now covers over 3,600sq m. Designed by Cologne architects, a large part of the existing façade of the building is glazed and divided into grids with concrete elements. A second perforated façade level is overlaid and contains over 14,000 glass lenses which use LED technology to display animations. The new high-ceiling interior is decorated with dark wood, metal, exposed concrete and black walls. Lounging areas with colourful, plastic seating have been created for "inspirational browsing". Inspired by the New York and Evolution (Hong Kong/Bonn) concept that was developed for the new flagship store in Manhattan, the store design includes LED escalators displaying moving images and a multimedia tower at the store's rear. The store carries the brand’s autumn/winter 2010/11 ranges for Esprit Casual, Esprit Collection, de.corp, Esprit Urban Casual, edc by Esprit, Esprit Accessories, Esprit Kids, Esprit Bodywear and ESP Esprit Sports and Lifestyle Accessories.
